Melanie's passion for supporting seniors and their families comes from her own experience. When her father faced dementia, her mother cared for him at home until she could no longer manage on her own, and the family navigated the many complex and emotional decisions that come with aging, including the eventual transition to a care home. This journey inspired Melanie to create a service dedicated to guiding families through life's transitions with compassion, clarity, and trusted support.
As a member of the Patient Pathways team, Melanie empowers families to move forward with confidence and peace of mind, ensuring seniors feel supported every step of the way.
With over 20 years as a commercial banker and advisor, Melanie provides completely customizable support—helping families understand their options, simplify decisions, and plan their next steps to save time, money, and stress. Her services include:
