In-person services are offered to BC residents in the Vancouver area, Vancouver Island and Edmonton, AB, and include appointment attendance, visits, consultations, and both private + public education.
Remote services are offered to family + caregivers of BC + AB residents around the world, and include support, consultations, and private + public education via phone/Zoom.
Patient Pathways is an independent, for-fee service. We are, unfortunately, unable to offer services pro bono.
