‘Anticipatory Grief Workshop’, presented by Heather Carrell, student grief counsellor

FREE with registration. Gratitude donations accepted here with thanks!

When a loved one is facing a life-threatening illness or injury, grief can be a natural reaction - not only in anticipation of all that is to come, but also to the losses experienced within the journey of illness or injury.

Connie’s note: This is incredibly important information. When we can see a loss of any kind coming, we begin the grieving process. This is normal, but often not supported by others and frequently dismissed. And with anticipatory grief, we grieve again when the loss actually happens.

Gratitude donations accepted with deepest thanks, and help keep these invaluable workshops free for all.
