Lily brings nearly 20 years of experience across acute care, community health, geriatric and complex care, long-term care, and healthcare transitions. Her diverse clinical and leadership experience has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the challenges individuals and families may encounter when navigating complex healthcare needs.

She is passionate about supporting individuals and families through their healthcare journeys, helping them better understand their options and feel more confident in making decisions that reflect their values, priorities, and goals. Her approach starts with listening, as Lily believes everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and supported in decisions about their own care.

Combining clinical knowledge with empathy, compassion, and practical guidance, she strives to bring clarity and reassurance to individuals and families when healthcare decisions feel overwhelming or uncertain. She is particularly interested in supporting older adults and their families and promoting thoughtful, person-centred approaches to care.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending time in nature, reading a good book, and finding joy and relaxation through music.
