Corina Stainsby is an Aging & Accessibility Housing Consultant, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, and founder of Heart & Home Transitions. With a background in Occupational Therapy, she brings a unique blend of healthcare knowledge and real estate expertise to her senior clients and their families.

Corina's dedication to working with her clients is where compassion meets expertise. She helps seniors, individuals living with disabilities, and their families feel supported as they explore options for aging in place, downsizing, or finding the perfect housing solution. Drawing on her healthcare background and network of trusted professionals, Corina provides safety audits of the home and patiently tours her clients through different retirement communities and housing options. She guides them through the sale process at their own pace, reducing stress, simplifying decisions, and empowering them to create a home where they can thrive with dignity and peace of mind.

Proudly serving as a board member of Columbus Long Term Care Society and as the Chair of CARP Vancouver Chapter, and as an active member of several senior-focused professional networks, Corina’s goal is simple: to help every client find or create a home where they can thrive, and truly love where they live.
