Corinne Hewko is a patient advocate with over 30 years of experience as a licensed healthcare provider and specialized training in patient navigation through York University in Toronto, Ontario. Drawing on both her professional background and extensive lived experience, she provides skilled, compassionate support to individuals and families navigating the healthcare system.

Corinne has a special interest in helping clients access financial resources such as the Disability Tax Credit, CPP for those suffering total, long-term disability and in supporting those facing challenges with disability insurance claims. Having personally experienced the difficulties of chronic pain and the barriers within disability benefits systems, she brings unique insight, tenacity, and empathy to this work. Her goal is to ensure her clients’ voices are heard, their rights are protected, and they receive the benefits and care they are entitled to.

Beyond disability-related advocacy, Corinne offers comprehensive support in areas such as chronic illness management, elder care, cognitive decline, hospital navigation, palliative care, and advance care planning.
