Registration is required. Beacon *Shining Light of Pacific Spirit United Church presents a practical three-part workshop series facilitated by Connie Jorsvik of PatientPathways.ca . In Part 2, Connie will guide you through the process of determining, writing down and preparing legally binding documents that outline your, or a loved ones, medical wishes in case of emergency or end of life.

By the end of this series, you will have the resources and guidance needed to create a complete Advanced Care Plan for yourself, or for a loved one.
