In Part 3 of this practical 3-part workshop series, Connie will provide in-depth insights into the differences between “heroics” and other forms of resuscitation - and why understanding these, and knowing what you want, can profoundly matter in the emergency room.

By the end of this series, you will have the resources and guidance needed to create a complete Advanced Care Plan for yourself, or for a loved one.
